Investabroad Properties (IAP) was established in 2001 by Moseley Vice President Peter Veitch who continues to run it as Managing Director. The Company has a worldwide portfolio of residential and commercial properties of all kinds, to suit all budgets and located in over 40 countries, including the UK and Ireland. It also sells a wide variety of ‘Alternative Investments’.

 

The portfolio includes properties for relocation, holidays and investment, with a balance between new developments and resale properties. New properties include many fractional ownership (not time share) opportunities, whilst Self Invested Personal Pensions (SIPPS) can be used to buy many new properties and alternative investments, providing significant tax advantages.

 

Investabroad Properties operates a Marketing Partnership with Moseley Rugby Club and pays a significant part of commission earned from every sale to the club. In addition, the company pays between £100 and £1000 to any person who introduces a buyer to the company.
